Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please note: shipping timelines do not include carrier delays, weekends, or holidays.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping of $9.95 within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $75.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
