Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on your location.

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 within the U.S. Orders over $75 ship free.

Do you accept returns?
Because Glow Boxes are curated mystery experiences and may include beauty items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I request gold or silvery jewelry?
Yes! If the product page offers a jewelry finish option, you can select your preference before checkout. We do our best to honor requests based on availability.

What is the TikTok video option?
If you select "yes" for a TikTok video, your box may be packed on camera and shared on our TikTok without personal information shown. It's a fun way to see your Glow Box come to life.

Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipients shipping address at checkout. Glow Boxes make perfect birthday, bridesmaid or "just because" gifts.

What if my package says delivered but I don't have it?
Once USPS marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
